My pc config:
MB :Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2P
RAM: 2gb kingston DDR3
480w smps

Will be buying HD 7750 and a 4GB ram

Do I need to change my PSU?

no need to change.hd 7750 can be run in even 300w psu as it consumes 46w at maximum load.

make sure install drivers latest from amd site as drivers comes with cd is very old

ok 19a so you are on edge of safety,though very close.mostly it will work

but getting new branded psu would be much better for safety

get corsair cxv2 430w @ rs 2700.it has 28a which is more more than enough.

The 430w would take care of your needs but limit you a bit on future upgrades. If you feel you may want to step up to a better GPU later, you might want to spend the extra and get at least a CX500 or 600. The prices for them are generally quite close to each other.

+12v is more important,read that link.

like if you have 28a on +12 so multiply it like 28*12 = 336w so 336w is output.

that cxv2 430w can even handle hd 7850 or gtx 660.so you are 100000%safe with that branded psu and corsair is reputed brand
