You're already backing up - good! That report suggests your HDD has had many errors in bad sectors which have already been corrected (unbeknownst to you or Windows) by replacing them with known-good sectors from a stock of spares. However, this has exceeded a warning limit, which means two things: (a) the stock of spares is running low, and this can't continue; and, (b) as time goes on, more bad sectors will develop.

NOW is the time to order your new replacement HDD, AND to acquire cloning software. You may get the cloning tool free from the website of the manufacturer of your new HDD unit. While your HDD is still working, you can clone it to the new unit and replace old with new. If you don't get all the way to cloning before the old unit fails badly, that's when you will need your backup.
