If i may i have a few questions:

My current pc
E8400 @ stock Ghz
4gb (2x2 Muskin DDR2 @ 800 mhz @ CL5)
GA-EP35-DS3
Seasonic S12II 500w
Old video card Asus 8800 GT @ stock ghz.
Lasted 6 years. Can't belive it, at gaming @ 19" and some at Full HD.

Crysis 3 wanted dx11 only so i got an Asus GTX 470.
Run great at medium/some high settings with 25-30 fps - super for me.

1. How big is the bottleneck from my CPU @ the new card ?

2. If i upgrade to i3/i5/i7 will i see more performance from the GTX 470?

3. I think it's time for an upgrade:
What CPU do i need to run the GTX Titan with no bottleneck?

I'm interested only in single gpu solutions and no OC from the video, from the processor maybe in the future ..but now what proceesor at stock.
Resolution 1980x1080.

4. I also want some future 'headroom' i mean what i get now i don't think i will upgrade something on it (like i did for 6 years :) ) so the money spent i think it will be worth it. For example if the titan will be absolete by Maxwell and only change the video card, the CPU will handle it.

So an I7 3770k & Titan? ( and of course new psu, mb, ram etc)

5. Or wait for Haswell ?

Any imput is of great help.

Thank you.

5. Or wait for Haswell
Upgrade 6 years old GPU is preffered for Crysis 3
Any 4 core or more CPU will do the magic - you may see Crysis 3 minimum specs to figure out what Model CPU & GPU to choose
