Way over budget.
@groundrat
This thing is staying an i3-2120 65 watt /HD 7770 80watt max draw with a max TDP from what Ive researched of 200~ Metro 2033 250watts Why would I need a 550 watt psu. if its a big deal I can just get a HD 7750 instead.

the CX430 (two different ones) blew out two of my friends builds. CX500 4 DOAs
I can get the earthwatts 380D locally for $45 for $15 more I can get a 430watt Earthwatts $75 for a seasonic SII broze 520 watt.
Id prefer locally because the local Ontrac delivery company has wrecked my last few shipments and its all newegg is offering my area even with 3 day ground.

http://www.centralcomputers.com/ this is what I got to work with locally.
