So far I have run a memory test, I think it was memtest86+. Ram was okay; at least that's what the test said.

I am pretty sure it is not driver problems, as I have reinstalled, removed, reformatted, even now I am using my laptop's ssd to run on the laptop's OS to run the game and it's crashing.

So is this a new build/video card ? did the game ever work with out issue ? You say all games have you tried to play at a reduced graphic setting or even play a 2d based that shouldn't tax your video card to to see what happens ?

all games have worked. I even have a secondary video card to run sli, but at the moment, I can't get any of my taxing games to run for more than a few minutes. I had tried to overclock the card a little bit before this happened, and I had unlocked the bios using NVFlash.
But since then I have reformatted. I don't know if the bios unlock carries over.
