Hey guys, I need a gaming pc that will run valve games(CS:GO, L4D2, GMOD, PORTAL) at frame rates higher than 60 on max settings. I will also be playing Guild Wars 2, The Elder Scrolls Online so I need it to run those games at 60 frames per second aswell.
Thank you.

Based on the requirements of these games you don't need a fancy, expensive GPU or high end CPU to make your target FPS

but if your budget is around $600 for example, here is a build

Tell me what you think :)

Solution
A Steam box rig shouldn't be too hard to make on that budget, Valve are great in that the minimum requirements for their games never get higher. If you can run HL2 at a decent clip, you can run Portal 2 at a decent clip.

+1 to Yassers build, pretty much what I would recommend.
Only thing I would change is shelling out the $20 or so to get a 2GB 7850. Might not make much of a difference for the games your playing now, but more intensive games will easily use up more than a GB of VRAM at 1080p.

Thank you very much manof...really great posting by you.

But i wouldn't worry about 1GB vRAM at all as long as you play on a single monitor (even @1920x1200 Reasolution) . 1GB vRAM is enough for this, it's only with higher resolutions, more monitors and lots of AA that would be a real problem.
