Fractal R4 or a different case?

I have been convinced by reading the articles about computer cases that the Fractal Design R4 is a great case for noise reduction. I am building a new gaming pc and don't plan to do too much overclocking right now, but maybe in the future. I think that is the case I will go with, however, I am worried about adequate airflow. Is there a case that is similar to the R4, but with better airflow?

Solution
The R4 is an excellent case, and its heavy! Most decent cases come stock with pretty good airflow ie two fans intake one fan exhaust. It really depends on your configuration and overclocks. The R4 is definitely not watercooling friendly, all said and done you cannot go wrong with an R4.

Is the weight of the case a bad thing? Do you think it will be next to impossible to take it to lan parties? I guess I didn't consider how heavy it would be with components in it. Is there a good lighter weight case comparable to the R4?

For LAN parties, the Silverstone TJ08-E is my favorite. It's light and really well-built. Has very nice little touches like the lift for the cooler, and a soft platform to make sure the GPU doesn't put stress on itself and the motherboard.

Really? It has the mounts for a 2 x 120mm radiator. If you need anything more than that you'll have to get a bigger case.

I have the Fractal Design R4 myself, and I am very pleased.

It can be regulated, so if you need complete silence, flick the switch behind the front door and enjoy a good movie or browse the net with NO background noise. If you need maximum cooling, turn fans on max and enjoy heavy gaming(still relatively silent).

OK, now I sound like an advert.

I just recently purchased a Fractal R4. This is the best case I have ever owned!! It is a little on the heavy side. Great cable management and with a few extra fans keeps everything nice and cool. I would highly recommend this case!
