First Build Overlook Budget $800

Hi Guys, this is my first build. Updating my old PC that i had since '04. Mostly for gaming, and doing Homework and stuff. I need help with my parts to see what goes with that. Give me your opinion. Please take a look at my build. i dont need Optical Drive, OS, storage as i can pull that from my old pc. Do i need a CPU Cooler?

Only reason to both getting a "K" processor is to overclock otherwise save your money, so you might as well get a better CPU cooler like the Evo 212 to help withoverclocking it. It will come with a stock cooler if you don't want to overclock, but then they get a cheaper processor.

and changed the brand off the video card

Thanks for the help. will overclocking help me with any thing or cause major performance increases? if not i could drop the "K" and the cooler.

no matter how you take your going to need a cooler the stock intel heat sink is very loud

It's going to be running at stock speeds the zalman is more than enough, it's better than stock and provide direction to the airflow.

Oh and you need a z75 or z77 to make use of that K processor and overclock it. Mine as well go with the non K version and save some money.
