I will SLI the two GTX 660s rather than buy a single 680 or 690, due to how cheap they are for performance.
-------------------
My questions:

Gaming Performance: How long would it last in the gaming industry? My main concern is Fallout 4, but that may be released in 2014 or 2015. Knowing Bethesda, graphics aren't a main concern (or it's just their engine not being able to pull out decent textures).

Compatibility: Is everything compatible with each other?

Wattage: I never went Crossfire or SLI, so is a 750W PSU good enough for this build?
--------------------
This build is consistently being updated. I probably won't get a Haswell CPU due to the extreme price ($850 for a CPU is a no-no). Same goes for the 700 series, I haven't done much research, but I'm assuming they'll be pricey.

Feel free to post suggestions for this build!

Haswell should come in at the same (or very similar) price to the equivalent IB parts. Where'd you see $800?

Agree with above on a single more powerful card unless you are running 1440p or triple monitors. 670 or better yet a 7970. Two cheaper cards also uses more electricity, generates more heat, and have occasional problems with SLI profiles.

Should I keep the i5 3570k or go i5 4570?

Buy something now... but buy a single GPU. like a HD 7950 or a 660 Ti. I'm sure the current Gen GPUs won't be enough to last 2 years. As GDDR6 and Stacked RAM is around the corner, You'll thank your wallet later.

If you can wait, go for the 4570K. But the 3570K does well enough and OC's very good.

I only have about $450, so I have time to wait. I didn't hear about GDDR6 or Stacked RAM. Should I wait for those too?

Get yourself a "Good Enough" GPU Because it's almost mandatory to upgrade a graphics card every 2-3 years. Imo, a HD7870 XT would do you good. You can play most games at 1080p with 50+ FPS But if you want a little more horse power, a HD 7950 would be good. You could probably sell on ebay in the future and buy one of the newer, higher end cards. Single GPU solutions are better because there are some games that won't support dual GPUs.

2014 is when all the big GPU improvements are coming out.
