I've been reading everywhere and I still can't find a solution to this issue. It's driving me bat crazy. When I use my mic, people who are listening to me they also hear whatever is playing on my computer as if I am directly streaming it. I may not be wording it correctly because I'm not familiar with the terminology.

I have tried everything that anyone has ever suggested. To clear some points out:

-No, the sound is not being PICKED UP by the mic, it is literally playing THROUGH the mic. So reducing my mic sensitivity is not going to work.
-I have tried all that enabling/disabling Stereo Mix in the recording devices nonsense.
-I am currently using Windows 7 with Realtek HD Audio.
-The right recording device is selected (Mic in at rear panel (pink))

The headset is new, it has the two color mic/headset jacks through an adapter.

Using Ventrilo, Teamspeak3, Skype or Mumble will cause this issue to pop up and I'm sure it will pop up in any other program that requires me to use my mic.

-However I did find a solution for Mumble. If I change the echo to multichannel, it will stop playing my output audio.

I tried to emulate what I did for Mumble on the rest of my computer but I can't find any settings similar to it. Most likely because I don't have enough knowledge about this kind of thing.

This is basically the ideal set up to stream. They can hear my computer sounds and me talking in perfect quality. -_- But I don't want this 24/7!

If anyone at all can help me. I will be so, so, so thankful.
