water cooling in a Blackhawk

So i have a rosewill blackhawk and i wanted to water cool so i when i go to collage it will run cool even in a cramped room.

my idea was to use 3 120 rads one front, one back, one side
do you think this would work to cool my cpu currently a x4 960t at 4ghz 1.48v
later a fx 8350

i was thinking alphacool radiator and swiftech aplogee hd for a cpu block

For water cooling, it is hard to beat the Corsair H60 or H80 for the money...if you need more cooling, look at the H100i or H110i or some of the Zalman offerings.

Personally, for water cooling...the Corsair H80i is a great system to run on the FX8350...it should keep everything nice and cool.

do you think that will be a good upgrade over a zalman 9700. i have 2 of the corsair ap fans that i would us with the h80i

Yes, if you were using a 9900 Zalman, I would say no...but the H80i will be a moderate upgrade over the 9700. The H100i would be a more noticeable upgrade though.

the reason i avoid the h100i is it would require a mod on my case and i dont want to do that. if i were to get a different case what would you say under $120

So are you going with a custom loop or a CLC?
Just know there is a massive performance difference between the two, a H100i will perform about on par with big air-coolers like the NH-D14. A Custom loop will outperform everything until you get to phase change or chilled water.

these were to two rads i was thinking of running as they would require the least amount of work to use in my case. i know i would be happy with a CLC but a custom would be more fun so custom it is XD
