i have been using the easy share transfer program on my pc to put my pictures on my pc and now it want pull them off my camera and does not ask me for a title

i have used easy share program on my pc for a long time. now it want ;pull the pictures off my camera and does not ask me for a itle and does not show that is is scanning my camera.
