4gb Corsair Xms3 DDR3 RAM(2x2)
SeaGate Barracuda 7200rpm 500gb
SeaGate ES2 250gb
Western Digital 320gb
AMD Phenom II x4 955 black edition @3.2Ghz
MSI Nf980-G65(MS-7612)
(Current Gfx Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 260)
The hard drives are powered by SATA 3 gb/s ports.

Yes it is more than enough to power your system. You will probably never max it over 75% of its output.
