Utorrent download freezes my computer

Hi , I've recently tried to download utorrent and after I finish the install it freezes everything on my computer and i have to restart it and it still wont be downloaded? What do I do to fix this?

I just tried that I deleted the files in %AppData%/Roaming/Utorrent and the same thing happened I get the bug utorrent has crashed would you like to sumbit the error to the developer.
