Worth trading for a 2007 imac?

so I have been looking around for a mac to do programming on, and I recently was contacted by a guy selling a 2007 imac A1225. I was wondering If it would be a good trade for my custom built gaming pc. here are the specs 3.3ghz intel core i5 quad core, 12gb of ram, a 1tb hdd, windows 8 pro, and a nvidia gts 450 extreme edition. I know there is a massive specs gap, but I do not want to bother with hackintosh or anything. I was thinking of pulling some ram and maybe the video card. any suggestions on what else I should ask from the guy to even this out?

need it fore a program called xcode. only works on macs without violating some major apple uela's.

ok. thank you. is there any way that i could sell/trade my pc for a higher end mac?

I agree with tiny, just buy one. Go buy a mac book pro.

Also, if you live near a university/college, you can find their surplus warehouse/store and get one there. It's the best place to find one. I work at a university. We wipe everything.
