Some vendors still have that mobo. But its a discontinued product now.

I would like to recommend you to buy a New model that supports 3rd Generation CPU. Your dead one supports 2nd Generation CPU only.

Buy 3rd Generation CPU supported one, that will work for your existing hardwares, and that will help you in further upgrades.

Do you have a suggested one that will work with my current hardware? Been out of the loop for a few years. I know if I get a differnt board Ill have to do new install of windows, hope i can find my disk.

5 minutes on google shows your current board available at around $120-$130 used.

5 minutes on newegg shows about a dozen asus boards with similar and/or updated features in the $100-$150 range that will handle all of your components. Add to that, they are new with warranty.

In conclusion, I suggest new.
