Any good software updaters for windows 7?

I use SlimWare Utilities' "Slim Drivers" , which seems to work pretty well, but it's only for device drivers:

I also suggest Secunia, though I have known it conflict with other programs which is why I removed it. If later updates have fixed the issue, I have yet to find out!
