Will my GPU work with this case/power supply?

Hey guys. I bought a pre-built system from Dell for a REALLY good price. It was waayyyy cheaper then building it myself, a definite rarity. Only problem is now I want to add a little more oomph but I'm not sure it will accommodate it. I want to add a XFX Radeon 5450 pci-e x16(with a low profile bracket or just remove the bracket altogether if need be). Do you think it will fit this slot?

(Sorry, I swear I've email verified but it won't let me attach images. Probably my bad.)

Sorry for the probably obvious question, I'm just worried that since I won't be using the dvi/vga/hdmi slots on it(as I couldn't) that they will prevent it from fitting or that I need some other power cable.

Next off, do I need to upgrade my psu? It is a fairly generic Dell PSU 300 watt psu and I know I should but I'd like to hold off. I did both the newegg and the eXtreme Power Supply Calculator Lite calculator and they both said I needed 260-270 watts to run my existing setup and the new card(and that was with assuming 100% load which doesn't happen often). One guy on another forum with lots of experience told me I would be good, while I was asking an unrelated question.

Also, does anyone know of any incompatibility issues with a motherboard or BIOS, etc?

Thank you VERY in advance much for any help.

Thanks a ton. That helps me a lot.

Editing so it doesn't bump. For future reference it is working 100% even with a full load.
