1] Plug your CPU into socket, ensure your CPU PINS aren't bent.
2] Connect power to CPU, FAN
3] Don't put any RAM sticks or don't connect GPU or HDD.
4] Just try to boot. If you hear the beep sound turn off and put your RAM
5] Putting one by one Memory stick, ensure that your RAM kit is OK.

If the above works fine, connect to HDD.

Try your GPU at last.

Going through above steps, you will be able to find which one is faulty i.e. RAM or GPU or HDD.
