I have already been told by a member of the forum that these components are compatible but I would like to make sure that they are before I purchase them so if your not certain please don't say they are.

Components:

Mobo-Foxconn H61S LGA 1155 Intel H61 Mini ITX
CPU-Intel Pentium Processor G2020 (FC-LGA4 , Ivy Bridge)
RAM-Crucial Ballistix - 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1333MHz PC3-10600 240-pin DIMM Non-ECC Unbuffered Memory Kit
PSU-Not sure of brand but it's 300w
SSD-Ready Sandisk SSD Cache 2.5 32 GB
(SATA 600) (I'm not sure wether this will work)

Will it work? Yes.

But I have some concerns. The H61 mini ITX board does not have SATA 3.0 so your SSD will be hampered by a slower connection to the motherboard. The size of your SSD is very small. You should at a minimum double it (64 GB) so that you’re OS and all updates can fit comfortably on it.

Be sure you get a good Power supply Antec, Corsair and Seasonic are safe brands. 80+ bronze should be in your price range. Any significant upgrades (GPU, i5 processor) will drive the need for a bigger power supply.

You have no GPU so you’re stuck with basic HD graphics. It’ll be fine for surfing or watching movies but this system will not perform as a gaming system.

Ok so I wont use an SSD instead I will use a standard hdd, the reason there will be now gpu is because i'm using it for a Linux Ubuntu server so it will not actually be running any graphics

But its a micro atx as opposed to a mini itx, would it still fit in the same case, and also would all the rest of that hardware run on it? Also sorry i'm acting so clueless but the thing is i've never mad anything but a standard atx pc's
