Does anyone have any thoughts regarding the Zotac GTX 680 4 GB?

A GTX 680 should provide reasonable future proofing. I game on a 1440p system, and so need the 4 GB VRAM. But whats to be said of the Zotac brand, and of this specific card? Any experiences/thoughts/feedback?

Thanks!

I dont know anything about zotac or other nvidia manufacturers but, when choosing a graphics card read about reviews for temperatures, noise, overclocking ability, and also look for the best warranty available.

I heard the Zotac GTX 680 runs pretty hot and cannot be overclocked too much because of this and because of the heat the fans make a lot of noise.
Where are you buying the card from?
Judging by your name, you should be from India. Just remember to check the price of the card locally. Flipkart usually overprices gfx cards. I own a 2x Asus gtx 680 Direct CUII TOP 4gb SLI system and i got the cards for Rs 36000 each from Cannaught Place in Delhi when flipkart priced the non direct cuii normal asus gtx 680 2gb for Rs 42000. So, just remember to check locally for the gpu first.
Note: I didnt buy the gpu's myself. My cousin who works in some IT company bought them and gave them to me. He said he got some special discount for the cards.

He lives in India, it will take maybe atleast 1 more month to reach here which is also unlikely. The gtx 780 will cost over 800$ here, thats for sure. The gtx 680 currently sell from around 650$ to 1000$ in some markets. In india, if the cost of the gtx 780 remains less than 800$ at launch, then we will be very happy.
Here, gtx 690 costs around 1200$ i.e. The worst model from Zotac and the Titan is around 1500$ to 2000$ in some markets. I have seen the Titan go for over 2500$ here.
