Thing is i have 200euros to spend on gpu and i thought that this could be the best one for that price.
Is it gonna be ok with 700w psu and 900p?

Upgraded from the 6870 1 GB to a 7870 2 GB (Tahiti LE) when they went on sale, and while I would say the boost in performance is good, I would not say it's jaw dropping. The 6870 is still a good performer, unless you're playing some of the newer AAA titles, at which point you still may find the Tahiti LE lacking a bit.

Yes, this one is good for that price. You could also check out the gtx 660, It seems to be slightly cheaper and only uses one 6pin rather than two. They have very similiar performance, depends really on wether you want AMD or Nvidia.

The PSU should be more than enough.
And I don't see any problems with 900p.
Good luck with your PC upgrade.

Yep. All new games i'm playing seem to have some performance issues and are eating alot of vram,so i thought this can also be an issue. Should i buy this or wait for 8000 series? Will i be able to play games on high smoothly?

Probably won't get as high a boost toward playing games on high smoothly as you are hoping, but again, this is highly subjective, and is going to depend what games, resolution, and your notion of smooth. :) Unless you're going with the Tahiti LE version of the 7870, I wouldn't spend the money to ditch the 6870.
