Need help choosing new cpu,motherboard,ram for gaming

Hi all as I said I need helping choosing my upgrades.The total money has to be lower
than 400 euros.Games:mmorpgs,skyrim,fps,generally not that demanding games.except bf3 ;P

Current build:AMD athlon 64 x2 5400+,GTX 550Ti,4gb ddr2 ram,msi am2 motherboard.playing at 1440x990.
Overcloaking options are also acceptable :D.Thanks from advance guys

Ok i don't know where you live, so I can't suggest exact places to buy from but here are the best parts to get:

Sapphire HD 7870 XT - GPU
AMD FX6300 Black Edition - CPU
Corsair XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory - RAM
Gigabyte GA-78LMT - MOBO

Approx cost: £370ish = 430ish euros

Right now it seems the FX8350s are outperforming the i5s which cost around the same price. Check these guys talk about it:

Anyways good i5's are too expensive for you budget of 400 euros...

The 965 black edition gets beat by the FX6300, check this:

Don't understand what you mean by your not very keen of upgrading the gpu? Do you mean you don't need a gpu? 400 euros just for mobo, cpu and ram?

Hmm..If I replace it I will see big difference at fps and at graphics?

If you want... dunno which GTX 550 ti brand (i.e. what cooler) you have, so can't tell you what gains you gonna get. But usually you aren't gonna get much more performance than 10-20% more out of it.
But ye, you aren't really gonna kill your card from OCing if you do it right, and since you are gonna replace is soon with a new card anyways, you might as well... (i guess the card is quite old - old enough that the warranty has only a few months left, so resale on ebay is out of the option).
