I'm looking for a power-supply in the 600-700watt range that I can err trust.

My computer specs are currently
Antec VP-450
(Not up to par for my video card, and has problems handling even a pair of 80mm fans)
MSI H6M1-P23 (B3)
Celeron G530
4GB DDR3 1333mhz memory (1x4GB stick)
160GB Western Digital HDD (Sata model)
LG DVD-RW/CD-RW Sata drive
Sapphire HD 4850 GDDR3 512mb

(Yeah, for those that saw my only other post on here, I got a MAJOR upgrade.) :D

And I'm asking for legitimate answers.
I have two. . .ugh (I shouldn't use that language on here. . .I know maturity and all that) irl/afk-land trying to get me to go and buy cheap-o power supplies that don't even meet my needs. . .and it's getting REALLY annoying. :fou:

Solution
As far as brands, and to not confuse you with , the PSU manufacturers and Sellers stick to these :

1 ) Corsair
2) Seasonic
3) Rosewill ( capstone series )
4) Antec
5) Enermax

Thank you, does anyone know the price range I'm looking at though?
I guess the real issue is I don't really have a-lot of cash to just "Go and grab" a 100$ power supply, I was lucky to even get my current video card. :??: (Got it for 42$ by the way)

Yeah, I understand that.
Which is why I asked here where I know there are folks who knows their stuff, I don't want to end up with a cheap-o chinese (no racism intended) power supply, I already read up on brands like Logisys and Coolmax. . .*shudder*

That and my computer cost me a good amount of cash to put together, and I won't be able to afford a replacement if something happens to it.

I'll just wait and grab a Corsair or Antec when I have the cash.
I'm probably gonna sell some stuff (such as my speakers I don't even use anyway) to get up the cash for one.
The only issue now. . .is trying to be patient.

Good for you, nothing wrong with having to wait a little while. Check Amazon free shipping and low prices, I use them to get stuff sent to Alaska all the time. Newegg and tiger are good too. Best of luck, you won't regret waiting a little while.

Fuck, I forgot my log-in or that I even made this thread.

I ended up with a pretty bitchin' Ultra LSP750P, much better than an Corsair CX500 so it's all Good.

But I'm reselling it now, as I need portability so when the time is right I can GTFO this current residence without a hassle. And has my freedoms away from annoying homophobic, transphobic, (etc) assholes.
