Will this Graphics Card work with

Corsair VS650: http://www.jw.com.au/corsair-vs-series-vs650-650-watt-power-supply-p-13699

So if you know if this PSU works with that Graphics card or should I upgrade to a bigger PSU

That psu is more than enough for a GTX 660

Yes. This card doesn't require much juice and you can even drop down to a good 500W PSU if you like.

So I just connect the 6 pin connector into my psu and into my graphics card and it's good to go?

The gtx 660 requires 2 6-pin connections.

Cause I have been reading and there is basicly no difference between pci-e 3.0 and 2.0 at this time. Also I don't know if I should get a Radeon 7870 or GTX 660
