Thermalright SILVER ARROW Extreme- Thermal Paste Included?

Well I have a debate choosing between the Thermalright SILVER ARROW SB-E EXTREME and the Noctua NH-D14.

Now I have seen that the Noctua NH-D14 comes with the thermal paste included already.

Now with the Thermalright SILVER ARROW SB-E EXTREME you get included also the thermal paste aswell?

If so please let me know if those thermal pastes are good or should i buy some other brand.

NOTE: I am going towards the Thermalright SILVER ARROW SB-E EXTREME simply because of the color of the fans, but if the Noctua takes the cake I will buy it =)

I rank the three top coolers as follows:

1. Phanteks PH-TC14PE
2. Thermalright Silver Arrow
3. Noctua DH-14

The Phanteks has a 5 year warranty, comes with TIM has very good aesthetics and many color choices.....

The Noctua has 1 year warranty and is fugly as hell :). I have a Silver Arrow upstairs and its very quiet and gives great temp . I did paint the fans tho.... I remember shipping on the Silver Arrows was expensive.

I forgot to mention that I will be getting the Rosewill Vector V2 case. And the Noctua NH-D14 fits in that case with no problems ( i did some research on this ) And it still left a a gap of 10mm so the Noctua is 160mm tall while the silver arrow exteme is 165mm tall. Am I risking it?

Also they say that The Silver Arrow SB-E blocks the first PCI (x16) slot on the Rampage IV.

I just bought the Asus Rampage IV Extreme:

I am planing on putting 16 gigs of ram (4 sticks) Kingston HyperX Beast,
I got already an Asus GTX680 DCU2 4G BUT I will SLi by the end of the year.

So since I am a noob and I dont want to end up returning stuff back.. Do you guys the Silver Arrow Extreme will fit with no problems with all the addons I just mentioned above? The only reason I am going with the Silver arrow extreme is becasue of the color. and they say the fans are faster so it will cool a lil bit more than the Noctua.

But if the Noctua is a safer bet well I will go with that one. =)
