I am looking to build a PC with the purpose of watching videos at 1080p through an HDMI connection to my TV and for surfing the web / downloading and playing music - no heavy work really.

Would like to do this as cheap as possible really.

Let's say, trying to do this for £150 or less.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Callum.
