So I decided to do a clean install. I have the windows 7 disk. Tried to download it, but couldn't download it on any partition. Right now, I can't do anything except boot to install windows 7(Which I can't).
"Windows cannot be installed on this disk. The selected disk is of the GPT partition style."

If I buy a new HDD, would this be fixed so I could install windows 7?

You dont need a new disk, you need to delete the existing partition. This will allow you to create a new partition on the disk which is not using the GPT partition style.

You should be able to delete the partition when you get to the point on choosing the partition to install too.

Deleting partitions removes ALL data on the partition.

I tried deleting partitions, all the possible partitions I could've deleted and re-create.
It still doesn't work,.
