Will this graphics card survive next generation?

EVGA GeForce GTX660 2GB graphics card. I feel like I should have waited till next generation to buy a graphics card, but its too late. Will I have to dumb this in 1 year. I dont mind playing on medium setting on a 2015 game as long as its's smooth. I also have an intel i5 quad core processor. I just hope I can play next gen games on high settings. Am I going to have to dump this rig in 3 years? Do you know how well this stacks up against the PS4? I heard it has 8 processors?! Then I just bought a processor for half the price of the PS4 I bet :(

SLI means running 2 video cards in one system. You can get more performance out of running 2 cards than just one. I run two GTX 670 cards in SLI for that reason that and the fact that I game on 3 Asus 27" monitors with a resolution of 5760x1080.

Would I have to run another Nvidia card off a different type or does it have to be another 660?
