This is my PC spec:
- Intel core i5 3570K (using stock cooler)
- CM 690 Advanced II (all fan in the stock position)

My idle temp is around 36-39C.
My load temp is around 85-89C.
My rendering video temp is around 65-69C.

Is my load temp too high?
I do quite a lot of rendering, is 65-69C temp harm my CPU much overtime?

Thank you!

65-69 is safe, but pushing into the 90's is the red zone.

Get a hyper evo 212 for your CPU.

Yes it's to hot 85-89C is not good at all.I'd also recommend a CPU Cooler:COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with latest Intel 2011/1366/1155 and AMD FM1/AM3+

You really need to get a aftermarket cooler on that i5 the stock cooler is just not that good at all.

You could also get a bigger case, then you'll be ready for future upgrades too.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO seem like a good one.
Thank you, I probably going to buy an aftermarket CPU cooler.
