Which AMD 7870 shall I buy?

Can some one give me the run down on the best manufacturer of the HD Radeon 7870? i really can't decide which 7870 GPU I should buy, I'm thinking about the HIS IceQ GHz Edition http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161404 but I'm not sure. Maybe some overclock, but not very much.

Here are my list of PC Specs that I'm planning to buy.


CPU: Intel i5-3570k
Motherboard: Asrock z77 Extreme4
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB
PSU: SeaSonic 520W
Resolution: 1920x1080

the HIS IceQ cooler is a great cooler. only downside is that its slightly larger than competitors coolers.


edit:

if your willing to sacrifice noise and temperatures the Powercolor Myst is back in stock. the card is tahiti LE, which is basically crippled 7950 rather than a better 7870. I woule normally recommend the sapphire XT 7870 but those are almost always out of stock for just being better than the power color version.
