I am looking to upgrade my graphics performance. I am trying to determine if it would be best to get another 670 power edition to run in sli with my current one, or try to sell my 670 and buy a enthusiast card like a 690 or a titan. My PSU is more than adequate and my case has excellent ventilation so neither of those is a concern. I am also open to any suggestions on the AMD side as well.

I say pick up a second 670. SLI works excellently.

Another 670 would give you right around the same performance as a 690 and better performance than a Titan. By the time you need more than that, the next couple of gens will have been release and we'll be talking 870s and 890s.

Go with dual 670s. I'm running 2 Galaxy GTX 670 overclocked in SLI and crushed Crysis 3 at max settings. They will be a little noisier but not by much and if your running them over locked they easily outperform a Titan or 690 and at a better price point.
