Long story short, I screwed up my AMD drivers.
Long story! I went to OC my card with overdrive, it corrupted my HIS iTurbo. Thus, I re-installed 13.3, However, I had had a virus that deleted a critical AMD driver file. No install.
Now, no matter what, no drivers will install. I swept the drivers, didn't work. Now I'm stuck at 800x800

I have a HIS iCooler hd 7770. Also, I'm going to be on a weekend trip without my PC so leave all the helpful info you can, I just won't be able to respond. That's why this is a wall of text.
