So, my computer red screen crashes, bsod, freezes, and locks up after the slightest memory adjustment via msi afterburner. I've literally watched people on youtube max the memory out on my exact model of gpu and run burn in test just fine; so I have no idea what's going on. I run the msi stability test to check stability, and as soon as I play BF3/Bioshock...boom. Computer locks up, and I have to turn off/on psu; reload oc profile, and try again.

1.) gpu temps max out at 68C.(during stress test).
2.) CPU o.c. 100% stable after 1.5 hour prime95 test @70C max.
3.) DDR3 RAM not oc'd at all. (1600)

AMD FX Vishera 8320 @4.4ghz.
Asus M5990FX Pro R2
Corsair 200R Case
Corsair Vengeance RAM 8g@1600
Corsair H60 in push pull/corsair sp performance fans
Corsair 120/140 AF series fans in every fan spot.
Corsair CX750 PSU (modular)
Corsair GT 60g ssd (boot)
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200
XFX 7870 ghz edition double D

Help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

The only thing I am able to do is set the voltage limit to +20%. I cannot manually adjust the voltage slider. (The very first thing I did when I began the overclock was adjust the voltage as best I could). In addition, I am getting driver failures when running 3DMark 11. So, that could account for the voltage issue; but the bsod and rsod crashes and lockups are specifically memory issues (which I am trying to solve).

*edit - I know my ddr3 is not oc'd because I only adjust the cpu multiplier, not the bus freq.

Just to be sure, you do mean that it's GPU memory causing the crashes, and not general RAM access violations or such?

Because if you're SOD'ing from memory access violations, you just have a normal driver issue.

Also, are you using MSI Afterburner to OC, or just Catalyst?

I am only using MSI Afterburner to oc, Catalyst is set to default. I believe it is only GPU memory because I can run 3Dmark11, all games, and gpu burn in on default gpu settings no problem.

Well, either the problem exceeds my knowledge, or you really just don't have a card that can have its RAM OC'd.
