Hi everyone, i finally saved up enough money to upgrade a big part of my computer, the graphics card, i would get the gtx 690, but i currently have a i7 950, i was wondering if it would bottleneck it( I ASSUME IT WOULD), and what is the most powerful 1366 cpu, or best graphics card that wont get bottlenecked, thanks.

It really depends. It will be a bottleneck in older titles and less demanding titles, but we're talking well over 100 FPS here. In modern games such as Battlefield 3 for instance, it'll deliver say 90% of the peformance of an i7-3770K. I run an i7-920 myself, but I've got it overclocked to 3.5 Ghz. If you bump up your base clock some, you can pretty much eliminate any bottleneck that the processor would pose. You'll get playable framerates on Ultra/High Settings in just about any game with a GTX 690 and your setup. The X58 Platform/Core i7 - 900 Series are a bit old, and a bit power hungry, but they still contend with the big dogs in games.
