Hi guys!

I'm building my gaming pc, and I'm having a problem with picking a GPU. I'm really not sure if I should go for GTX 670 4gb OC from Gigabyte or Radeon HD7970. I asked few people and everybody has different opinion. Test are showing that HD 7970 is more powerful card, but it doesn't have PhysX and all that cool stuff from Nvidia. My setup:
CPU: i5-3570k
PSU: 750W 80+
MOBO: Gigabyte Z77
RAM: 8gb Kingston DDR3 1600Mhz
If neither of suggested cards (by me) aren't really good for that price tag I would like to see your recommendation.

P.S. I'm from Europe, so keep in mind the fact that cards here are about 100$ more expencive than in US.

That's basically what it comes down to; do you value PhysX over the performance gain you'd have with the 7970?
Do you like the games that use PhysX enough to base your purchase decision around it?

There is no "right" or "wrong" answer, and if you're gaming at 1080p, you really won't notice a difference between the two, as they're both easily powerful enough to max current games at that resolution (if you're going with a multi-monitor setup, or a higher-res monitor, than performance should be a higher priority, of course)

I'm going to use dual monitor setup but since I will play on only one of them simultaneously, then I don't really know if that counts as a multi-monitor usage... I don't want to replace my gpu any time soon so I want it to be a futureproof purchase. In that case what would u recommend? I don't have any experience with Physx but I heard that it makes some games look a lot better.

This is actually pretty easy, the performance difference isn't that great to justify ignoring PhysX, Adaptive VSync, TXAA, FXAA, etc. In addition, with the GTX 670, you get a free copy of Metro: Last Light so you get to try out a PhysX game right off the bat (when it gets released next month).
