Okay so I have completed what looks to be my final choice on components (Can be seen here: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/QHbA ) My question is would I need any adapters or extra wires or anything with this build and should I order the parts all at once or just when I have the money? And will all my parts fit in the case?

Two things - first is that thermal compound is a gigantic waste of money. Especially if you're not using an aftermarket cooler. If you are the stuff that comes with your fan is better than what you plan to purchase. The other is that you can't overclock with a 3570K and an H77 motherboard. If you're not overclocking ditch the thermal compound (you should anyways) and then drop the CPU to an i5-3470 or i5-3350P and save some money there.

As far as additional wires or adapters everything you need is included with one part or another, you don't need to purchase any extra screws or wires or cables.

You do not need to purchase additional fans until you have the case in your possession. The size and number of mounts in your case determine that.

In addition to the CPU fan most motherboards have maybe 3 - 4 connectors for PWM fans depending on the manufacturer. I know Gigabyte includes 3, Asus and Asrock maybe include 4. The rest you'll have to connect to your power supply.
