Bought an Asrock X79 with CPU memory, grafic card and SSD and want to upgrade my system. Does this mean i have to reinstall all software? or is there a way around this?

I tend to find if you have gone to a motherboard with a chipset from the same manufacturer ie stuck with intel or amd then windows will boot fine from your old installation, just do a clean reinstall of all your drivers with driver fusion to clear any chipset driver remnants.

if it doesnt boot, just do a clean install and backup your files anyway.

personally i have gotten away with 3 different motherboards on the same install, havent formatted my drive in a few years and everything still runs fine.

Yes, the only safe way to go about it is to start fresh, especially since you are upgrading your CPU. Don't bother trying anything else, it will just make you life miserable trying to solve all of the problems you will encounter.
