They are very close performance wise, the 650 boost does have a slight edge. Personally I would go with the 650 ti boost for the extra vram. Its also Tom's choice in that price range.

In most games, the GTX650Ti Boost will slightly outperform the HD7850. There are likely some exceptions though, so check benchmarks in case any of your preferred games are among them. For certain types of non-gaming workloads (if this is at all relevant), however, the HD7850 will actually be significantly stronger (e.g. bitmining).
If you're just asking in general terms though, limited to games, then yeah GTX650Ti Boost.

The value of free games is a good point. Even if the GTX650Ti Boost offers slightly better performance, it's not the kind of difference that would provoke buyer's remorse. If you planned to buy those games anyway though, the cost savings could be significant.
