Laptop is freezing

Hello,i have one hp dv9000 for which i buy recently one motherboard and is freezig in normal mode but also in the safe mode after 10 minutes.
I took out one by one all the components hdd, ram,cpu,cpu cooler fan,wirelles card and change them with another ones..but same problem.This is the second motherboard which i buy for this laptop and with the same problem.I'm out of ideas!! please help.
Also i try to install all windows vista/7/8 but dosen't go until the finish because is freezing after 10 min.Can be video card problem?Thanks

Thank you all for your precious answers :) You help me very much,very smart people here:))
Anyway, i fix the problem.For thouse who has the same problem like me i advice them to check if that part from heatsink touch the vga card.My problem was this.That part from heatsink wasn't in contact with the vga card from motherboard, it was 3 milimeters above.I cut one small piece of copper,after i put thermal paste on both size and put it on the vga card.In the end i put the heatsink and this time was no space, everything was making contact.Thank you.
