You may want a better GPU for gaming. The 660 should max most modern games but it will soon start to struggle with new titles on max settings. You would be more comfortable with a 660ti or 670.

How long will it be until the 670 starts to give out.. or struggle with new titles later on?
  3. That is impossible to know. I would estimate 2-3 years on max settings. It is a very good card.
