Removing the side panels only degrades airflow, unless one of your case fans is dead and air is not going in and out of your case. Your case look pretty well ventilated otherwise. So check all your fans if your temps are high. Also check your cpu and gpu heatsink fans.

But this sounds more like a power supply problem to me. Low quality power supplies, even if they are high wattage, usually have problems delivering high power.

It sounds like some component in your system is overheating. Try removing the side panel from your machine and see if the problem persists. If the machine runs longer or ceases shutting down, then you need to improve airflow. Make sure your system has adequate space around the case for airflow, and consider adding to or upgrading your fans. Finally, regardless of this test, upgrade your power supply.

removing the side panel of your case wont help. as all it does is destroy the air flow through the case. because the sides help direct the moving air over things like the chipset. when you remove the side these components then dump there heat into still air which will then drift away instead of being pulled away. so better to leave the side on as it really does help airflow around the case.

use core temp/realtemp/hwmonitor/speedfan and gpu-z to check your temps... any 2 of the first 4 and gpu-z will give you an accurate temp of your cpu and gpu.

I Forgot to mention that CPU and GPU temp are normal CPU Max 70C and GPU Max 80C and idle temps are CPU 40-45C and GPU 40C and also motherboard are 35-40C idle and MAX 50-60C and while playing games no frame drop and no shuttering and after 5 mins dead

Yes, I also thinks the same that my low quality powersupply is creating this problem but prefer me good one as I also have to upgrade to GTX TITAN...

Yes Hexit you are right bro its destroying all airflow and it doesn't even worked for me..... and as u said to check temps I v noticed that my CPU cores are showing red marks at 42C and sometimes green and I v tested wid prime95 last night and it gies and notification that Worker#3 has stopped working means Core 02 and all other cores are working that time

I see that you picked my answers as the solution but did you check with another power supply already?

I don't exactly know what wattage you need but as far as brands go, I would check out Corsair, Antec, Thermaltake, or Rosewill.

I have a Corsair TX750 and haven't had any problems with my setup. (Core i7-920 & Radeon 5850)

If you are not going to buy that GTX Titan, you don't need anything more than 500W. This one gets pretty good reviews (and is relatively cheap):

Yeah, I take that back. It looks like that power supply is not too good. The reviews on newegg look good but not when actual reviewers looked at it.

Happens to all of us I bough An OCZ vertez 2 based on reviews and I got that piece of junk replaced 4 times in a year and a half, before I finally cut my losses and bought a Samsung. The drive had great reviews when I bought it but further research after the first died I found it was a rather common issue for that model, they seem to have an average life span of a couple months even with the latest firmware. At least it made a good target at the range.
