Change Raid 0 to AHCI?

Some time ago I inadvertently set up raid 0 instead of raid 1.

This raid 0 is my boot device. The drives are still ok without errors. I need to undo (untwist the stripes) of this raid 0 and transform all the data onto a single AHCI disk.

My reasons:
1. They are 5 years old and I am scared.
2. Raid 0 while faster, is a nightmare if a drive fails.
3. I just got a samsung ssd 840 Pro 512 GB, which cannot work properly without TRIM support. It is also not supported in a raid environment. Samsung says it must be in AHCI environment.

My current operating system is XP Pro, but I intend to upgrade to Windows 7 for TRIM support.

Can anyone suggest how to recover my raid 0 data into a single drive running under AHCI?

Good point.. Windows 7 requires a migration or backup & restore (recommended and preferred)

The Windows Migration tools are slow in my opinion and miss certain data that has almost cost me a job one time..
