Hello Tom's Hardware!
I recently switched out a burnt out AMD 6990M to a new NVIDIA GTX670M, but after the installation, the card doesnt seem to be read by my machine. This is odd because when I run the NVIDIA GPU READER, it comes back that i currently have a GTX 675M...which isn't what i ordered. Is this a common thing?
I also can't seem to install any drivers, and everytime I try to do so, I get the error "Device Manager cannot detect hardware compatible with this driver". I understand this was a common problem, and I looked at the proper steps to fixing it, but in my Device Manager, All i see under Display Adapters is Standard VGA Graphics Adapter. I appreciate any and all responses. Thanks!
