ok, been looking at reviews and new egg but I cant seem to find a cooler that's affordable under 50bucks is real good and will fit the new cpu for later down the road. any ideas? iv been using a zalman 9500 with a braket kit for so long for a socket 1366. but using a braket kit is junk although the 9500 was good in its day.

also I kinda wondered if motherboards and cpu's like the i7 37770k the overclockable one would come down in price once haswell comes out?

Haswell will be socket 1150 and as far as I know there are no aftermarket coolers that claim support, but I have heard that socket 1150 will be compatible with socket 1155 coolers(wont know for sure till its released maybe a few days before hand). As far as a price drop if you look at sandy bridge prices when ivy was released they only dropped $5-10, I would expect the same when Haswell is released.

Same as the above, dont know of any coolers that claim support but have heard that the 1150 and 1155 mounting holes are the same.
Again, similar to above. Wouldnt expect Ivy prices to drop that much when Haswell releases, I suspect they will be sold full price until they just disappear like Sandy did.
