Recover deleted folder from USB flash drive?

By mistake, I deleted a folder named “business files” from my USB flash drive and this folder contained a lot of business files. They are VERY important files. I use Windows XP. Is there someone that could help me get back this deleted folder? I am not familiar about computer and hard drive thing. Could you tell me how to do it step by step?

I have retrieved all my deleted files by following your step. I also download your recommended data recovery software. Both of them work well.

I downloaded Recuva as suggested in this thread and got it to work but not exactly how I wanted it.

I want to recover a folder called php_sider where all my Drupal sites and other php sites were saved but deleted by a mistake because I deleted a Drupal server called Acquia which deleted ALL the folder/sites in this folder. I need to download ALL the subfolder in this folder too but don't think it's possible. Hope someone can help, please?

Edited: 7.4. 07:39 - I tried http://www.stellarinfo.com/windows-data-recovery.php and it found both my folder php_sider and ALL my subfolders but it cost 99$ to try. Isn't there a software that can do this but for free or cheaper, please?
