On the AMD website it says the best graphic card that will go with the AMD A6-5400K is the HD 6570. I was wondering that it could be any kind or any brand for the 6570 ? I was also looking at the HIS 6570 Iceq. Thanks
HIS is a good option for an AMD card, it can be any manufacturer(brand). You may want to consider getting a more powerful card and giving the dual graphics a skip, if you have the money. Very few games support the dual graphics on these APUs and the performance gains are minimal. Consider an HD7770 if you can afford it.

Well would it be bottleneck ?
Bottlenecking is a very overused term, basic answer. No, an HD7770 will work just fine on an A6, but in games that need a more powerful CPU, you won't get great performance. But thats just the way it is for APUs.
Coffee if your building a gaming rig the lowest gpu you want to toss into a rig now is the 7790. It 130.00 online now for the price it only a little slower then the 7850. Look on toms hardware and other sights about amd cores and gaming. Some of them are slower then intel i3 CPU. Amd info may be to crossfire or not to bottle neck the CPU you posted. Also if you can post your total build funds we can toss up some options.

I upgraded my pc by change the power supply and the case to Coolermaster HAF 912 and Corsair CX500 but the performance is not that good and I know that if I need a better performance I need to upgrade my CPU which would be more work for me. I then decided to at least wanted to buy a graphic and throw it in there for at least to help me with the FPS a little bit and I pretty much trying to find the best graphic card that would work well with my pc without bottlenecking.
