how to setup a wireless network with some comps with a range of 100 m. but i don't want to access internet through this network. In our network some use BSNL broadband some dongle some MTNL etc. so I just want to setup a wireless lan without accessing internet through it.

What you want is a high power ac point. The ac point does not have to be connected to modem for the Internet. Without the modem or anything connected to the wan port of the ac point you just have a small peer to peer network. The only issue is using high power ac point and dongles to reach you wifi network. For the pc themselves just make sure there on the same network name and one pc has a share folder set up. People can drop files on the shared drive.

Sound like you intend to have these machines on 2 networks at the same time...your wireless one and the one they get from their own internet provider. You will need to be careful to configure your wireless network to not send the default route and to use a different IP block that the ISPs. If they get real ip from the ISP then there is not a issue but if they use things like the common 192.168.0.x then you need to make sure you do not conflict.

100m is at the extreme range for indoor wireless. Outdoors it will work but you then need specialized equipment that can tolerate getting wet.
