for over a year now, any software or program installed, doesn't matter if it is new or old, will have a nice, smooth, successful install. The program will open if the auto launch is checked. The program will remain open, until it closes, for any reason. Then any shortcut, link, file, or folder suddenly goes missing only the .EXE from software dir file., i have norton 2012. and ran all tests and cleaned out what it could find
