My Computer has the PCIE I did upgrade my power supply to a 650W. The video card will power up as the Green light on the video card shows ( I hope).
Asus Tech is useless
What I tried- Uninstalled Original drivers in safemode, tried to change the boot loader to PCIE ( a friend told me to try that but my computer doesn't seem to have that option.)

Any Ideas or help would be awesome thank you.

Computer specs
Intel DH61CR/Intel i5-3330
Ram- 6GB
HHD- SATA 1TB
Video card- Asus HD 7770 2GB GDDR5 ( Trying to install)

Did you originally have a graphics card? When I got a 7970 my pc wouldn't boot because the integrated graphics interfered with the graphics card. In the mobo menu find your way to the area that allows you to disable integrated graphics.

I had a video card installed in the pcie slot. Is it possible that the integrated boots on when trying to load my new one? Is it possible that a computer has integrated and external?

By external you mean discrete, yes? I am not quite sure why a conflict occurs between integrated and discrete but it does. The integrated graphics are located on your CPU and your extrenal GPU is on the graphics card. Whether or not the integrated graphics interfers seems to be card based. Me and a friend both had 7970s but of different brands. His pc ran fine but I had to disable integrated graphics. So I recommend that you try to turn if integrated graphcis in the BIOS menu. (can't give exact directions)
